Refund Policy

1. When you can get a refund

You can get a full refund for a paid course when both of these are true:

• you ask within 7 days of the day you bought the course, and
• you have watched less than 30% of the course.

Bdemy checks how much you watched from your account.

2. When you cannot get a refund

• You ask more than 7 days after buying.
• You have watched 30% or more of the course.
• The account was misused, for example shared with other people, or the course was copied or recorded.
• The item was free (Library books, guides, templates and free previews).

3. How to ask for a refund

Send us a message with:

• your name and the email or phone number of your Bdemy account,
• the order number (you can find it in Purchases),
• the course name and a short reason (this helps us improve).

We reply within 2 working days.

4. How you get your money back

• The money goes back the same way you paid: to the same ABA account for ABA PayWay or KHQR payments, by Wing for Wing payments, or in cash for cash payments.
• It takes 5–10 working days after we approve the refund. Your bank may take a little longer.
• When the refund is approved, the course is removed from your account.
• We refund the full price you paid.

5. Children's purchases

Children under 13 use Bdemy with a parent or guardian. Refunds for a child's purchase go back to the account that paid, and we may ask the parent or guardian to confirm.

6. Courses changed or removed

If a course you bought is removed from Bdemy, you keep access where we can, or we offer a refund or a similar course.
